Rosemary Roasted Potatoes
Thursday, September 16, 2010Roasted potatoes are loved by everyone, children and adults, everywhere.
But the doubt is always there... "the last time they weren't so crunchy". I guess it happened to many of you.
For 4 people, suitable for vegetarians, 40 min.
500 gr. potatoes
rosemary
2 clove garlic
pepper, salt, olive oil
1 cup of vegetable stock
Wash, peel and cut in even pieces the potatoes.
Pre-heat the oven at 190°C and put the potates (in only a layer) in a oven tray with a generous pinch of salt, pepper, crunched garlic and rosemary, wet them with a cup of stock and sprinkle olive oil.
Bake it for 40 minutes, check and stir occasionally. Grill them for the last five minutes to get that lovely brown crust. Let them rest for a few minutes and voilà !
