- 4 susine
- 4 cucchiaini di zucchero di canna muscovado
- un filo di miele di rododendro
- una manciata di granella di pistacchi
- yougurt greco
Cospargetele di zucchero di canna e lasciatele grillare 4 minuti per lato. Impiattate con una quenelle di yougurt greco cosparso di miele e granella di pistacchi.

- 4 plums
- 4 teaspoons brown sugar muscovado
- a drizzle of honey
- a handful of chopped pistachios
- greek yogurt
Put the non stick pan to heat. Wash and cut in hulf the plums or peaches, remove the cores.
Sprinkle them with brown sugar and grill for about 4 minutes each side. Serve with a scoop of greek yogurt sprinkled with honey and chopped pistachios.
