500 gr. potatoes
2 clove garlic
pepper, salt, olive oil
1 cup of vegetable stock
Wash, peel and cut in even pieces the potatoes.
Bake it for 40 minutes, check and stir occasionally. Grill them for the last five minutes to get that lovely brown crust. Let them rest for a few minutes and voilà!
Oggi patate al forno! E tutti sono contenti, grandi e piccini.

1 tazza di brodo
